SC ruling: No Selective Coverage of Maguindanao massacre hearings

The Supreme Court guidelines of no selective coverage, no commercial breaks, and start-to-end broadcast for the Maguindanao massacre proceedings are strict BUT poses a great challenge for TV stations claiming that public service is their top priority.
