WE ARE all aware of the recent controversy involving the officials of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) on the alleged ‘edited’ image (as shown above) of three officials planning to restore the devastated areas of Roxas Boulevard after typhoon Pedring (International name: Nesat) hit the country on September 2011.
Notice how the man in red jacket seem to ‘float’ in the air. I wonder how David Blaine took this.
If you would also check in the background there are two men in red and black jackets which could apparently be the same persons. So Mandy Moore-ish on the movie “A Walk to Remember” — they are “in two places at once.”

For what it’s worth, the whole DPWH image-editing controversy is funny, yet something that should be taken seriously. Don’t treat Filipinos as if they are stupid people. This is Xy, #breakingthesilence. Happy Labour Day, New South Wales!
